LITERARY TRANSLATION 

Over many years of cooperation with Munich-based publishers Herbig Verlag, Baker & Harrison has translated both medical books and volumes describing Munich’s culture and lifestyle.  

The Herbig Verlag publications themselves cover a broad spectrum of content, from health guides and contemporary history to illustrated travel books.

On behalf of the publisher, Baker & Harrison translated the following: “Osteoarthritis of the Knee“ by Dr. Med. Wolfgang Franz and Robert Schäfer, “Above Munich“ by Alexis von Croy and Nicola Mai, and “Oktoberfest“ by Marden Smith and Claudia Steiner.

While each of these publications presented unique challenges in terms of content, each was uniquely satisfying to translate.
